You will be required to handle tasks that rely on heavy computer & phone usage. Your goal is to provide SMS/email and phone support (i.e. answering questions, qualifying leads, etc.) to incoming leads with integrity and courtesy on behalf of our Nationwide clients. Required Functions Use question and listening skills that support effective client communication (Phone/SMS Email) Strong data entry and lead management skills Document all communication according to standard operating procedures Deeply follow standards and procedures, performing duties with integrity Displays a team-minded attitude with the ability to adapt and help where needed Thrives in an ever growing and ever-changing environment.
